 Multimarker analyses: enabled
Antibody panels for studying immune cells often require the use of several markers, to drill down to specific subpopulations. The most capable flow cytometers, such as the BD LSRFortessa™ X-20, support analysis of up to 18 colors (markers or dyes) simultaneously. This data shows use of 15 markers to identify the common cell types, as well as subsets of them, in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells.

In an ongoing series of workshops we introduce a new approach to panel design, to help both novices and expert flow cytometry users use the full potential of flow for their research.
